What iMEET! offers

Customised home page Delivering personalised material for each user, the home page is the central point of contact, with links to the entire site. Page data is controlled by the administrator.

Tasks module Each user can be issued and manage tasks to complete over the period of activity, listed on the home page. Administrators can track progress on individuals and the group as a whole.

Focus/forums module This is the central hub of collaborative activity. More than 'just a forum', iMEET! delivers spreadsheet-like ease of use, in multiple columns, with sorting, filtering and ranking — all wrapped up in a simple-to-use interface that requires minimal training to use.

Prioritise/vote/rank/sort All data input to forums and focus sessions can be filtered, prioritised, ranked and voted upon as rapidly as they are input. Results are available instantly, to all.

Projector module Using Web 2.0 technology, presentations can be uploaded and pushed out to all users, in real time. Presentation slides can be enhanced with text input, or videos, or sound files — and viewed on each computer, in real time.

Quiz module Another Web 2.0 tool, customised quizzes are quickly assembled, allowing all users to complete a quiz in their own time, with instant answer feedback, and a summary at completion. We also offer 'multi-quiz' — ideal for group quiz competition, or pub-quiz styled events.

Project planning Projects can be built online, and compared with other users, or built collaboratively over time. In training programs, users can vote on the best project solution.

Surveys module Customised surveys are quickly and easily built online, with the ability to send e-mail requests to either registered users or unregistered 'non-users'. Typical uses are pre-event surveys to assess direction, 360-degree surveys for leadership training and peer assessment, and fact-finding surveys as well as post-event questionnaires. Tracking of responses and the ability to send reminders via e-mail are part of the surveys module. Results from surveys are assembled into reports and immediately available.

For face-to-face sessions, we bring the technology to you. We operate iMEET! via the internet (if available), or by bringing our iMEET! servers to the event. It's perfectly possible to use your own equipment for data entry, if desired.
